Audra Mari represented the United States of America in the 66th edition of Miss World in December 2016. This was the first time the Miss World competition was held in the United States since its inception in 1951. Audra placed in the Top 10 out of 125 candidates and was crowned Miss World Americas, as she received the highest score among candidates from North and South America. Audra will represent the Miss World Organization as Miss World Americas through the remainder of 2017.
Audra Mari is a 23-year-old native of Fargo, North Dakota. Audra has taken a pause from her studies of Public Relations and Communications at North Dakota State University to fulfill her responsibilities with the Miss World Organization.
As a professional model, Audra has worked for brands such as Target, Vanity, Mac Duggal, Sherri Hill, and Nordstrom, walked in New York Fashion Week and Miami Swim Week, and represented HGTV as a brand ambassador. She recently spoke at The Outstanding Filipino American Awards at Carnegie Hall in New York City, and her story is featured in the latest issue of USA Hockey Magazine.
